We provide clients with comprehensive legal support in implementing construction projects at all stages.  Legal advice includes matters in the field of administrative law, contracts with participants in the construction process (including under FIDIC procedures), environmental conditions for implementing investments, financing and disputes that arise in the course of investments.

We were involved in preparing and negotiating performance contracts (EPCs) and supervising their implementation, including disputes between our client and contractors.
