Public Procurement

A significant part of public sector procurement is carried out under the public procurement regime. We advise both contracting authorities and contractors. We assist in creating and anlayzing tender documents, as well as in bid preparation.  We provide legal advice concerning  public procurement contracts. 


We advise and represent clients in appeal and litigation proceedings, including before the National Board of Appeals and relevant courts. We have experience in applying the tendering procedures of international financial institutions, including the World Bank and EBRD.
