Legal assistance related to developing or modernizing  infrastructure is one of GFKK’s leading specialties  and includes:

• JACOBS ENGINEERING GROUP (DALLAS, USA) & JACOBS POLAND – consulting related to implementing various investment projects for the transport, water management and environmental protection sectors carried out in Poland
  

• TAURON CIEPŁO S.A.  TYCHY CONTRACTING DEPARTMENT – legal advice related to implementing the investment program involving modernizing and expanding generating capacity, including reconstructing the existing BC-35 boiler, constructing a new WR 40 boiler and constructing a new BC-50 power unit with auxiliary installations (preparing tender documentation, negotiating executive agreements, and participation in appeal proceedings)

• CITY OF GLIWICE – consulting services related to obtaining long-term financing from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) for reconstructing and modernizing the city's sewer system

• TAURON GENERATION S.A. – legal advice on selecting the contractor in the design and build system of pipeline flyovers, heat and steam network, cable network and hydrogen storage for the project "Construction of new capacities in coal technologies at TAURON Wytwarzanie S.A. - Construction of a 910 MW supercritical power unit at TAURON Wytwarzanie S. A. - Jaworzno III Power Plant Branch in Jaworzno"

• TAURON GENERATION S.A. – legal advice for the construction of a steam and gas unit at the Lagisza Power Plant; advice and assistance related to preparing agreements (inter alia, for supplying and selling electricity, gas and heat; acquiring CO2 emission allowances, acquiring certificates of origin, supply of utilities)

• TAURON MINING S.A. between 2013 and 2017 (as a member of the consortium) – legal advice on preparing and conducting proceedings to select the contractor for the design, construction and execution/technical documentation, as well as providing author's supervision for constructing a new mining shaft "GRZEGORZ" along with constructing surface infrastructure in Jaworzno, and support for the client in developing documentation, including draft agreements with the designer and the general contractor, legal advice for supervising implementing the agreement with the designer

• KGHM POLSKA MIEDŹ S.A. – legal advice for the development of a new mining waste disposal facility

• TAURON CIEPŁO S.A. The project involved the reconstruction of the pre-war polder "Żelazna", including reconstructing water facilities and constructing new facilities to increase the polder capacity and protect the areas in the city of Opole and the municipality of Dąbrowa from the flood waters of the Odra River. The investment was financed from sources of the state budget, a contribution from the city of Opole and EU fund and was worth PLN 158 million ($US 41 million)
