- TAURON WYDOBYCIE S.A. – acting as part of a consortium with Energoprojekt Katowice S.A. in Katowice, GFKK provides advice on the project of construction of a new mine shaft within Zakład Górniczy Sobieski in Jaworzno. The consortium of advisers is responsible for providing assistance in preparing and handling a tender procedure to select a general designer and contractor;
- PWIK GLIWICE Sp. z o.o, – legal advice on the project of construction of a sports arena in Gliwice;
- PWIK RYBNIK Sp. z o.o, – request to the President of the Public Procurement Office for approving placement of a public procurement order via a single-source procedure for concluding a loan agreement on financing the project by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development;
- PWIK GLIWICE Sp. z o.o, – legal advice including the preparation and handling of public procurement procedures related to the construction of the Central Wastewater Treatment Plant and Water Treatment Station and selection of the Contract Engineer for such projects;
- CITY OF GLIWICE – request to the President of the Public Procurement Office for approving placement of a public procurement order via a single-source procedure for concluding a loan agreement on financing the project by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development;

- TAURON CIEPŁO S.A. (Tauron Polska Energia S.A. group) – comprehensive legal advice related to four tender proceedings to select a designer, contractors and contract engineers for the project including the restoration of generating capacity at Zakład Wytwarzania Tychy;
- TAURON CIEPŁO S.A (Tauron Polska Energia S.A. group) – comprehensive legal advice related to handling a tender procedure to select a general contractor for the project including the restoration of generating capacity at Zakład Wytwarzania Nowa;
- REGIONALNY ZARZĄD GOSPODARKI WODNEJ IN GLIWICE – legal advisory services and supervision of tender proceedings handled according to the Public Procurement Law and tender procedures of the World Bank in connection with the project of construction of Racibórz Dolny Reservoir in Racibórz and Nowa Wieś for relocated residents.
- CONSORTIUM OF ZPBE ENERGOPOMIAR Sp. z o.o, AND ENERGOPROJEKT - KATOWICE S.A. , which acts as the Project Manager in the EPCM (Engineering-Procurement-Construction-Management) – legal advice related to the construction of a combined gas and steam unit with a capacity of 450 MWe in Stalowa Wola - preparing and conducting tender procedures for the selection of contractors to carry out individual works or suppliers of equipment necessary to complete the construction and to commission the unit. Preparation of tender documentation and draft contracts as well as participation in negotiations with contractors.
