- PWiK GLIWICE Sp. z o.o. – representing the client in the case initiated by a contractor for payment of remuneration for extra work related to the modernization of water and wastewater management in Gliwice. (FIDIC-based contract);

- TRACTEBEL ENGINEERING – arbitration against Abener Energiia SA in relations to claims for payment of contract fees.
