The decision of the District Court for Katowice-Wschód in Katowice on the declaration of adverse possession of a property located in Katowice at ul. Teatralna, which for many years has housed the  seat of the M. Karłowicz Primary and Secondary State Music School, has recently become final.Despite the legally binding ownership expropriation of the property, executed in the 1960s by the National Treasury, the heirs of the previous owners were re-entered into the land register in the early 1990s.

GFKK has become a legal advisor to the buyer in a purchase transaction of 100% of shares in the Cieszyn Brewery from Grupa Żywiec S.A.The buyer is a group of private investors associated with the Leda family, acting through the Felix Investments company.
