Consultancy on the purchase of the Cieszyn Brewery.
GFKK has become a legal advisor to the buyer in a purchase transaction of 100% of shares in the Cieszyn Brewery from Grupa Żywiec S.A.
The buyer is a group of private investors associated with the Leda family, acting through the Felix Investments company.
The Cieszyn Brewery currently belongs to Grupa Żywiec and produces many high-quality craft beers. They include Mastne and Noszak beers, as well as many varieties of ales, IPAs and lagers.
The transaction is to be completed by the end of this year. GFKK team members involved in it are Michał Grzybczyk and Jakub Winiecki.
