Opinion on the draft of the Act amending the Code of Commercial Companies and other bills.

On August 5, 2020 the Government Legislation Centre published a draft of the Act amending the Code of Commercial Companies and other bills ("Project”).
 
Consequently, public consultations of the Project have started.
 The Ministry of State Assets - Office for the Corporate Governance requested GFKK to express our opinion concerning the Project.
