GFKK helps IAV enter the Polish market

Agata Piotrowska, Marek Widera and Michał Grzybczyk assisted the German company IAV GmbH In  with its registered office in Berlin - a part of the international group IAV - in entering the Polish market. IAV is one of the world leaders in the automotive engineering industry, which currently employs over 7,500 employees in  in Germany and in other countries including China, Japan and the United States.

The role of GFKK in this process was to provide comprehensive advice enabling the start of operations on the Polish market, including support in setting up a Polish company – IAV Poland Spółka z o.o, employment and HR matters, cooperation with banks, assistance in concluding a lease agreement for the company's seat office. Agata and Michał were responsible for corporate matters while Marek took care of all HR-related issues.
