GFKK in the process of entering the Polish market of one of the leaders in the electronic gift card industry

Agata Piotrowska, LL.M and r. pr. Michał Grzybczyk, partner helped the Italian company Amilon s.r.l., which is part of the international capital group Zucchetti Group, to enter into the Polish market.
Amilon is one of the leading players in the international digital gift card market. It operates in 25 countries in Europe and Latin America. It has a constantly growing network of over 250 partners consolidated with international retail and e-commerce brands, covering all product categories.

"We believe that Poland is a very promising market, so we decided to invest and to open our branch company,  Amilon Polska sp. z o. o., which team consists of experienced specialists," says Fabio Regazzoni, CEO of Amilon.

The role of GFKK in this process consisted in comprehensive legal advisory  enabling the commencement of operations on the Polish market, including support in establishing a Polish company, cooperation with banks, assistance in concluding a lease agreement for the company's seat.
