MERGER OF MUNICIPAL COMPANIES IN RYBNIK

We advised on the merger of two municipal companies owned by the City of Rybnik - HOSSA Sółka z o.o. and Centrum Zielonej Energii Subregion Zachodni Spółka z o.o. As a result of the merger, the former took over the assets of the latter company, while changing its existing name (company) to Centrum Zielonej Energii.
The strategic goal of the merger of the two entities was to consolidate waste management activities in the city of Rybnik under a single company, and to continue preparations for the implementation of several investment projects in the field of waste management, including the construction of a biogas plant for the production of heat and electricity under cogeneration.
 
Michał Grzybczyk and Bartłomiej Lupa were involved in the project on the law firm's side.
