DIVISION OF ARCELORMITTAL DISTRIBUTION SOLUTIONS POLAND SP. Z O.O.

We recently completed our advisory services in relation to the process of splitting ArcelorMittal Distribution Solutions Poland sp. z o.o. by spinning off an organized part of the enterprise from its structure and establishing a new company - ArcelorMittal SSC Poland sp. z o.o.

The spin-off process was aimed to implement the concept of separating the distribution and service business parts of the ArcelorMittal Group.

The GFKK team involved in this transaction consisted of Beata Kozak-Matusiak and  Michał Grzybczyk, partners, Michał de Abgaro Zachariasiewicz, Maciej Giermak and Agata Piotrowska, LL. M, associates. Our team comprehensively advised ArcelorMittal Distribution Solutions Poland sp. z o.o. in the entire process of its demerger, as well as ArcelorMittal SSC Poland sp. z o.o. in the legal aspects related to the start of its operations and the arrangement of its internal structure.
