Agata Piotrowska and Michał Grzybczyk advised Althea Polska Spółka z o.o. in connection with re-organization of its assets and portfolio in Poland.
Althea Group is one of the world leaders of providing integrated
healthcare technology management. That includes mainly biomedical
equipment, diagnostic imaging and radiology.
The Group today manages more than 1.4 million medical devices in over 2,700 healthcare facilities across 17 countries, including Europe, Asia and USA. Althea has about 3000 employees.
Reorganization process consisted of setting up a new company (Althea Global Supply Poland Spółka z o.o. or "AGSP”) and transfer of going concern (including the Center of Excellence in Poland) from Althea Polska to AGSP.
